Timestamp desktop has gone full-screen

Posted on 21st November 2014 by Michael Taylor

Something that we've had backlogged for a while is sorting out the desktop monitor real estate issue - we just weren't taking full advantage of larger monitors. Dashboard screens often necessitate full-screen to achieve the best effect, and indeed this is why project dashboards was the first component to take advantage of larger screen sizes. We quickly realised that this made the rest of the app look a bit out of date, and decided it was the right time to fix it before ploughing on!

Over the last few weeks we've been looking at ways to improve the flexibility of our current add-ons, and pave the way for new add-ons. It's taken a little bit longer than expected, but we're happy to announce that this work is finally done.

Unless you're using our FreeAgent add-on there are no immediate benefits, but over the coming weeks we'll be working through some of the add-ons outlined here.

Posted on 10th April 2014 by Michael Taylor

The Timestamp team are pleased to announce support for a number of new third-party add-on categories and our first add-on - FreeAgent.

Our first official add-on is the brilliant FreeAgent - this covers both data import of FreeAgent contacts and projects (data import) and the ability to create, and track invoices based on time you and your team log.

At Red Sequence we use FreeAgent for all accountancy and invoicing. If you're not already a FreeAgent user and want to see what all the fuss is about then why not set-up a free trial.

Timestamp time entry 2.0

Posted on 9th January 2014 by Adam Barclay

New Year, new improvements! The Timestamp team are pleased to announce the release of the brand new time entry user experience, as seen above.

Far from being cosmetic, the new design refines and solidifies our natural language time entry philosophy. At the same time visual clutter is reduced, making it easy to enter time regardless of preference for using the keyboard or mouse.

Fluid timesheet approvals

We are pleased to announce that our new timesheet approvals system has just been released into production. Instead of just mimicking traditional approval workflows, the system has been designed from the ground up to be simple, intuitive and fluid. Based on extensive feedback from clients, we have done away with roadblocks such as timesheet submission. The best part is that it works responsively on all your devices, from desktop to smartphone.
